Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation conditions:
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Cancellation requests made after an order has been submitted are subject to our refund policy.
Return conditions:
If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you can return it within 14 days from the date of receipt.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged and with original tags.
To make a return, first send an email to info@puanestore.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Once your return has been approved, we will send you an email with the return address and any necessary instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, but return shipping costs for faulty or damaged products will be covered by us.
Once we receive your return and verify the condition of the product, your refund will be processed if your return is approved. The refund will appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment method.
All sale items are considered final sale items and cannot be returned.
