Cancellation and Refund Terms

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Cancellation requests made after your order has been shipped will be subject to return conditions.

Return Conditions:

If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it.
Returned products must be unused, with intact serial numbers and original tags.
To initiate a return, please first send an email to support@puanestore.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once the return is approved, we will send you an email with the return address and necessary instructions.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, however, return shipping costs for faulty or damaged products will be covered by us.
After your return reaches us and the condition of the product is checked, your refund will be processed if your return is approved. Your refund will be credited to your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment method.
All discounted items are final and non-refundable.
